Terri L Dembeck is an acknowledged senior executive strategy and health innovation consultant through over 35 years of experience within Military Health System (MHS) policy, programs, practices, and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated subject matter expert in transformation and transition planning for newly forming or reorganizing command centers, headquarters, and military treatment facilities (MTFs). Likewise, a recognized expert in healthcare quality management, patient safety, risk management, clinical staff coordination, credentialing, privileging, licensure and board certification processes and procedures, and Joint Commission staff training and education, facilitation, and accreditation. Doctorate in Human & Organizational Learning from The George Washington University with a focus of study and research within executive leadership organized around three primary theoretical constructs: organizational development and change; leadership development; and individual, teams and organizational learning and culture.

Thomas J. Dembeck has over 35 years of experience within the Military Heath System (MHS); over 35 years of involvement in Military Health Systems Strategy, Operations, Plans, Training, Logistics, and Security. Retired from Army Medical Department (AMEDD) in 1998 after over 28 years of commissioned and enlisted service. While serving a
Thomas J. Dembeck has over 35 years of experience within the Military Heath System (MHS); over 35 years of involvement in Military Health Systems Strategy, Operations, Plans, Training, Logistics, and Security. Retired from Army Medical Department (AMEDD) in 1998 after over 28 years of commissioned and enlisted service. While serving as a Medical Service Corps officer for over 22 years, held a wide range of command, Army staff and Joint staff positions. Following military retirement, over the past 15 years, worked in a variety of operational positions with global influence, notably serving as an analyst & operations manager for the Military Vaccine Program and supported integration of the National Capital Region (NCR) MHS (currently the Defense Health Agency). Directly supported MHS and DoD newly formed organizations to include the Joint Task Force, Capital Medical, the Vision Center of Excellence (VCE), the Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Physiological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury and its Component Centers.
